Tim Morse, Chairman of the Board at ValorC3, is a seasoned technology and finance executive known for guiding organizations through growth, transformation and strategic expansion. With decades of leadership experience across the technology, infrastructure and digital marketplace sectors, Tim brings deep expertise in corporate governance, financial strategy and operational leadership.
Tim currently serves on several corporate boards and leads the Audit Committee for publicly traded Tennant Company (NYSE: TNC) and privately held Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces. He also serves as Chairman of Airtower Networks and ValorC3, helping guide strategic direction and long-term growth initiatives.
Prior to his board leadership roles, Tim served as Chief Executive Officer of Ten-X, an online real estate marketplace facilitating approximately $10 billion in annual transactions. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo! Inc., where he also served as Interim CEO, and Chief Financial Officer of semiconductor company Altera Corporation. He began his career at General Electric, where he spent more than 15 years in financial leadership roles across North America, Europe and Asia.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Operations & Strategic Management from Boston College.
