Our History
Tonaquint is established as a colocation data center and cloud services provider for the Utah markets with headquarters in St. George, Utah. The company swiftly expanded operations to become the prominent data center provider in Utah.
Fiberpipe Data Centers was acquired in Boise, Idaho, expanding its reach and service offerings into the number one growth market in the U.S.
CVC DIF invests in Tonaquint, marking a strategic alignment and combining Tonaquint’s expertise in delivering reliable data center services with CVC DIF’s vision for growth and investment in technology infrastructure to position Tonaquint for further expansion and innovation in the data center market.
Tonaquint acquires EdgeX Data Centers in Oklahoma City, launching Tonaquint into a growing technology market. The company added vital EdgeX team members to Tonaquint roles, including the appointment of Terry Morrison to a dual role of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer, with plans to renovate the Oklahoma City facility.
Tonaquint re-opens the former EdgeX data center in Oklahoma City after completing renovations to transform it from a single-client to a multi-client environment, positioning the AI-capable facility at the forefront of Oklahoma’s technology landscape.
Tonaquint becomes ValorC3, launching a bold, fresh brand with a commitment to providing a foundation of innovation for unstoppable enterprises.
